Car was booked in for suspension check yet they refused to look at it. Customer service was appalling, smug and lazy employee! Didn't even bother to get out if his chair! Avoid if possible! Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Took about 1.75hrs to change 4 tyres, despite being booked into the first time slot 8:30 on a Saturday. Desperately understaffed with the technician constantly stopping working on the car to speak to people walking through the door. Won't use again.

Excellent customer service and repair! Would recommend highly. Staff are simply great! High integrity and sorted my son's car quickly. Minimal repair required when we thought he might need a new exhaust. 5 star service all the way!

Excellent service! We make our annual MOT trip from Wolverhampton to this branch due to the staff friendliness, efficiency and attention to detail. You won't get ripped off or talked down to. Great service goes a long way. A-star 🌟

Awful. I went on-line and booked my car in for a DPF filter clean and paid for it 2 weeks prior to the appointment. On the day it was booked in I rang before setting off, only to be told that they can't do that at Bridgnorth and that the website should not have allowed the booking. No apology was given, neither had they notified me in advance not to bring my car in. I rang customer services to ask why their website had allowed me to book this service and pay for it, and they never came back to me.

One word APPALLING. Booked car in for service and MOT well in advance, told I would get confirmation email. One didn't come. Called in on the Monday before it was due to double check the date and move it to Thursday if possible, told it was already in on Thursday. Dropped car off on the day to be told it wasn't booked in and next date was a week later. Attitude of person serving was it was my fault, when commenting I would take my business else where told bluntly fine. No apology. Only reason for a 1 star is it wont accept a minus. Shocking customer care and service.

Autocentre staff excellent, but obviously short staffed, workshop staff having to administer reception! Just over 2 hrs. to fit 4 tyres! Had problems with website when ordering tyres, unable to contact customer services, tried twice first time gave up, second time got cut off after waiting 3/4hr!!!! Not good for such a high profile company! Tried first thing next day, got through, and order completed over the phone. Only persisted because the price was right! Service: Tires

Absolutely brilliant vehicle and customer service, as I have come to expect from the Bridgnorth team. Yes, they're part of a national chain, but you still get the local knowledge and insightful approach that gives this branch a personal and professional touch. Russ and the team are always welcoming and friendly. They always listen to what you need the. explain what’s going to happen and stick to it.
