Always love going here, what's not to like steam and trains, but avoid non operating days as they can be quiet but still worth a visit if in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff but both ramp and having to cross track is very steep and a little unnerving.

Visited it as part of Severn Valley steam railway day out. Was last stop on line and spent 4 hours in and around before return journey. Beautiful castle gardens here with free entrance. Enjoyed funicular ride down the cliff and plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. Stations itself a little walk from town centre but clean, with easy access and lovely friendly staff. Recommend the steam railway. Marvelous day out.

Fantastic day out, had an adventure from bridgnorth to bewdley. Then back to Highley to see the museum, quick drink. Then back on the tracks in a perfect little carriage to bridgnorth. Little ones loved every second. So did our group, will definitely come back on the svr. All staff are professional and have the passion, knowledge and excitement to deliver the perfect customer service. Highly rate the day out, even the temperature of 28-30 didn't faze their commitment - making sure we all had a safe and exciting day. Might now donate regularly for this great experience. BRILLIANT!

Very atmospheric, like stepping back in time! Would def recommend stopping off in the Railwaymans arms for a beer as well. Steam train to Kidderminster and a few lovely stations in between. Excellent!

We only went to the station to watch the steam trains and it certainly didn't disappoint. It was great to be able to see the trains so closely. One of them was being prepared to go on its next journey and was interesting to watch from the bridge. Another train came right under the bridge that we stood on to see, very exciting! I could have watched for longer but we needed to go.

The Severn Valley Railway is 16 miles of Heritage Railway extending from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth. It passes through some lovely stations, beautiful countryside and follows the river Severn for most of the way.
Bridgnorth Station is clean and tidy, dog friendly and all the staff are polite and helpful.
There's plenty of chances to see and experience the golden age of steam and it's well worth a visit. #Nostalgia
