Jack and his team did a great job on our kitchen refit. From the first visit, Jack offered sensible advice on how to solve some electrical problems and we were impressed by his positive and professional attitude. Jack and his team undertook a small project to redesign the front of our property with the installation of a new front door and windows and the creation of an office space. Jack, Russ, Dan and Tom have done a fantastic job with our kitchen refurb. They work their socks off and approach the work with diligence, care and a great attention to detail. Our job involved ripping down a wall, prepping and tiling the floor, plastering, wall tiling, and fitting a kitchen, all in a barn conversion where nothing is simple or straightforward. Jack and the team approached every day of work with energy and enthusiasm, and above all with an obvious care for doing the job properly and ending up with a refurb that both looks fantastic and will last a long time. Jack and his team put in a new downstairs toilet with outside ground work linking the waste pipe to our septic tank. He also installed our oak frame porch including brick work and roof to an extremely high quality standard. Being a perfectionist myself I appreciated the attention to detail Jack put into the job and his advice and recommendations were invaluable in the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack and hope to have him back soon.

Jack and his team are next to none. We bought a derelict cottage, which needed fully gutting, refurbing and also extending. We found J R constantly, and instantly after meeting Jack himself we knew he was the man for our job. Our project has lasted for well over a year now and Jack and his team have been involved as much as it would be their own, no job is too much, there have been many difficult designs which have taken a long time to achieve but nothing is too much His for Jack to work out. His experience and guidance has saved us many of times, no questions are ever too much and Jack has always been keen to get the jobs done to absolute perfection (they always look perfect too) Without Jack and his team we would not of been able to build what we have to the quality we have got and we can't thank Jack enough for all he has done for us! I have just sold my property that Jack and team renovated from top to bottom and my experience was second to none. His vision and expertise created more space, more light and modernising a period property that internally is beyond recognition. He diagnosed a damp problem that required a new floor when we initially thought it was rising damp, we could have easily spent £1000s on an injectible damp course and not solved the issue, he knew what to do straight awat to save us money and completely eradicate the problem. No task was too big or awkward, just always agreed the extras with a smile and a fair cost too. If I was anyone looking to renovate JR Construction would be my first choice everytime, I cannot stress how glad I was to have found and hired Jack. JR and his team transformed my roof. Using the existing structure they were able to adjust and improve the roof. Completely watertight and looking good. His team work worked hard and will be using them going forward. Top lads.
