I can’t fault the company on customer service. Each time I have emailed them they have replied between 48-72 hours later with a friendly service. However my order was missing items, quickly resolved or so I thought and replacement items sent out by DPD a tracked service. No tracking info provided and no parcel weeks later again. Requested refund and it was provided, and again service with a smile and very friendly. It’s just really frustrating that 6 weeks and 2 parcels consistently don’t arrive to myself by different couriers? Both courier companies that delivery nearly on a daily basis. I just wish the service provided matched the friendly happy service provided in emails as I can imagine they would be a great business to shop with

I would highly recommend to small businesses, the products are quality and very affordable. Not many packaging companies will allow you to order small quantities. I look forward to Happy pack offering custom made products in the future.

Two item was missing from the order. Package came ripped on the side and sealed with DPD tape. I have sent an email and picture to the customers services team but never hear from them after few attempts of reaching them. A bit dissapoiting
