Very surprising and disappointing customer service. Product not as advertised, the plum in the photo in no stretch of the imagination is the definite brown I received... dismissive response, CAB contacted... All that glitters certainly isn't gold.

i bought a pair of the ant-bramble gauntlets as a Christmas gift. I tried them on and they were so comfortable I ordered a pair of the extra long sleeved ones for myself. Also, with regard to shipping, the delivery time seemed quite lengthy due to many seasonal orders. I contacted Bradleys and they had already packed my gift for shipping which was much appreciated as turnaround was 48 hours. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of leather gardening gauntlets, they arrived nicely wrapped in tissue paper, but with otherwise minimal packaging that was all recyclable. The gloves fit very well and appear to be lovely quality leather. The delivery was very quick, only a few days after ordering, especially given the current postal issues due to COVID19. Very pleased, thank you.
