Our dog suddenly became poorly overnight. We got an appointment this morning and the vet and staff were all very friendly and caring. The vet made was thorough and diagnosed and explained. Great.

**FOX HUNTING VET** Here is vet Andrew crane who is a master with the woodland and albrighton hunt. Quite how a person who's job is to help animals can enjoy the torture of a fox is hard to understand. As can be seen from the hunts website he has been a master for many years, so no doubt he will have seen many foxes ripped apart in that time. Severn Edge Vets are maybe a vets to avoid!!

Our cat was over 20 and in poor health. We kept her for as long as we dared before visiting the vets to have her to sleep. The vet dealt with her and us with great care ans sensitivity allowing us time to be with her before beginning the procedure. We were so pleased and grateful.

We recently had to take our dog and have him euthanised, Conker was a big part of our lives. We took him on Sunday 1st October, the staff where lovely with Conker and us. The receptionist was especially lovely, she looked after us in this dreadful situation. It was our first time going to Severn edge it was our local vets, out of hours emergency vets. My only wish is they were nearer to us, I would go there permanently. I cannot thank all the staff enough for the way they treated us. I would highly recommend. The card we received was really thoughtful.

The staff are so kind and gentle. They made my little one very happy and relaxed during his last moments. Couldn't reccomend them highly enough

Had to gave my Dog PTS and was told to ring and pay when I got home no consideration of how we were feeling even though we were both crying. Perhaps think about that for the next person as my dog was a massive part of our family

This is our Emergency Vet as whilst in lockdown our local branch is closed. Very friendly and helpful staff. UPDATE 20.08.2023 I had to use them again this weekend as my dog was not accepting the medication provided by my own branch of Severn Edge Vets for an ongoing issue. I called for advice even though it wasn't an emergency and they were so willing to help. I was able to drive and pick up a new prescription the next day ( Sunday) as I called too late to go to my local vet's on Saturday and it was too late Saturday night to drive to Bridgnorth from Telford. Very helpful, very informative and very understanding. Just a wonderful out of hours practice.

They were terrific when we took our dog to be speyed . Keyhole surgery and excellent aftercare. Couldn't have been better.

Fantastic service really kind and helpful staff took my puppy milo for his first check up and made him feel very relaxed in the inviroment beautiful clean practice and alot of lovely friendly staff thank you all x
