Got a triple helix on both ears here yesterday. Laura marked the holes and asked if i was happy with them and moved them slightly as i requested. She also pierced my Mothers helix because my 6 piercing were quicker to do than expected with no trouble. Laura is a lovely woman and did lovely job, the only negative thing i have to say is the troubles with contacting her as she said she is having issues with the shop phone number and is trying to fix it currently. Laura gave us her personal number for if i wanted to ask for piercing advice or book another appointment while the shop number isn't working. If i ever get more piercings i will go back to Laura for them!

This is the best piercing studio we've ever been too so professional and very friendly and welcoming. Excellent prices my daughter is very happy with her new piercings. Will definitely be coming back

Only giving Wrong onee star because i cant give 0. metal piercing used, against guideline, was told it was titanium but was steel. asked for her advice on the best earring to use and she said hoop piercing, hoop not a stud as recommended. I didn't know that at the time. When i called for advice could not get through or get any response via any messaging methods. W weeks of trying to get back through and nada. Went to negative art in telford, who guessed where I had been to get the piercing and that the aftercare was non existent and she flaked on me. Use negative art do not use ravens cave

Brilliant service. Very professional but friendly. Clean studio - which was well organised. Probably the best piercing experience I've had - minimal pain. Got some advice about my next piercing and all booked in to have another! Would highly recommend.

Amazing service, along with aftercare. Laura must have been sick of me with asking questions. She was always on the end of the phone to offer very good advice. Myself and my daughter have had piercings done at Ravens Cave with no issues whatsoever. So professionally done, hygienic and very friendly, our my daughter at ease with it being her first piercing too. Will be returning for sure.

Excellent. My daughter (10) had her lobes done and Laura was lovely and reassuring. Great quality jewellery and aftercare advice. Daughter even got a certificate for being brave and a gift. I also got my conch done at the same time and again was so impressed. This was my first time here after my beloved piercing shop that I always use in Shrewsbury closed, and we will definitely be back.
