Dexters have just completed a major service/re-fit (suspension and full clutch assembly) on my Insignia. I am absolutely delighted with the result. A big thanks to Steve and the team, very professional and communication throughout has been excellent. They also have a large selection of tyres (Martini) at very competitive prices so I had a couple put on the front whilst they had the car. I have known these guys for many years and can highly recommend them.

I’ve been a regular customer and the service used to be very good, but I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. The team carried out work without confirming the cost with me, and I didn’t receive the usual complimentary health check video that they used to send. They also performed the service that was due next year instead of the one that was actually due. When I raised my concerns , I was simply told, “that’s what you booked online.” Very poor communication and not the level of service I expected.

Great service from all, technicians especially for their conscientious attitude. Very pleased with my cambelt change, I didn’t trust Skoda UK’s statement that there was no need to change cambelt… you can’t beat peace of mind. Wash and vacuum was much appreciated too !

These guys were my saviours. They came out on a Sunday evening to help me repair a puncture as locking wheel nut was jammed. On top of this they replaced tyres the following morning with a super efficient and pleasant service. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Valeted my car and fit my road angel this week and they are brilliant. Picked car up and returned it to me later. Very good service. They go the extra mile too like checking my tyres and polishing scratches out. Would strongly recommend them.
